The 25th Society – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: February 2025

Welcome to The 25th Society, an exclusive social club founded by Truly Marvelous designed to foster connection, community, and exploration through curated experiences. By joining The 25th Society and participating in its events, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals who:

  • Are at least 21 years old.

  • Complete the application and approval process set forth by Truly Marvelous.

  • Agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Pay the required Annual Membership Fee of $25

​

The Club reserves the right to refuse membership at its sole discretion.

​

2. Annual Membership Fee

The annual fee for membership in The 25th Society is $25. This fee grants you access to:

  • Exclusive events, experiences, and gatherings curated by Truly Marvelous.

  • Connection with like-minded individuals in a private community.

The annual membership fee is non-refundable and due at the time of membership approval. Members will be notified in advance of any changes to the fee structure.

3. Membership Rights and Privileges

As a member, you will receive:

  • Invitations to curated experiences and private events organized by The 25th Society.

  • Access to exclusive content, networking opportunities, and members-only platforms.

  • The opportunity to engage with the community in meaningful and creative ways.

Membership does not grant any ownership of The 25th Society or its assets, nor does it imply any rights to influence or control the operations of the Club.

​

4. Code of Conduct

To maintain a positive and welcoming environment, members agree to:

  • Treat fellow members and staff with respect and courtesy.

  • Adhere to all event-specific guidelines, including those related to conduct, dress codes, and behavior expectations.

  • Engage in constructive and inclusive conversation and avoid any form of discrimination, harassment, or behavior that disrupts the community.

The 25th Society has the right to suspend or terminate membership for failure to comply with the Code of Conduct or for any behavior deemed harmful to the community.

​

5. Event Participation & Cancellations

  • Members must RSVP for events in advance, where applicable, and attend in accordance with the event's terms.

  • In the event of cancellation, members must notify the Club within [48 hours] of the event to avoid penalties, which may include the loss of event access or additional fees.

  • The 25th Society reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, and will notify members as soon as possible.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

Members agree to respect the privacy of others and maintain confidentiality regarding:

  • Personal information shared within the community.

  • Details of events or members-only experiences.

  • Any content or materials shared by The 25th Society that are not for public distribution.

The 25th Society is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.

​

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with The 25th Society, including but not limited to logos, event concepts, content, and branding, are owned by Truly Marvelous. Members agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use any Club materials for commercial purposes without express written consent from the Club.

8. Limitation of Liability

Members participate in The 25th Society’s events and activities at their own risk. Truly Marvelous is not liable for any personal injuries, damages, or losses sustained during participation in Club events or experiences, except where prohibited by law. Members agree to hold the Club harmless for any claims related to event participation.

9. Termination of Membership

Membership may be terminated by The 25th Society for:

  • Violation of the Code of Conduct or other Terms & Conditions.

  • Non-payment of the annual membership fee.

  • Any action that undermines the purpose or values of the Club.

​

A member may choose to terminate their membership at any time by notifying the Club in writing. However, the $12 annual fee will not be refunded if a member voluntarily ends their membership.

​

10. Amendments

The 25th Society reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members through email or other appropriate channels. Continued participation in the Club after any such amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of State of Georgia, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction.

By becoming a member of The 25th Society, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions. We look forward to welcoming you to an exclusive world of connection, community, and exploration!
